Tamara Tilburgs is a Cincinnati based Dutch artist and scientist. She is an abstract painter, mainly using acrylics and also incorporating house paints and dry pigments in her work. While she has painted most of her live, she started abstract painting only in 2017. Tamara is also Assistant Professor at Cincinnati Children's Hospital where she studies how maternal immune responses control placental infections during pregnancy.
