Tamara experiments with Paint, Pigments and Water on Canvas. In the process she becomes an observer of Colors, Structures and Flow, that she describes as a delightful, active, sometimes frantic and sometimes more serene state of Bliss.

Her work is process based and she is interested in how the medium of different paints interact with water, acrylic mediums and dry materials such as dry pigments, glitters and silica beads. The process explores different textures, movements and forms that arise in the moment and over which only partial control can be applied.

By painting I feel that I use a distinct part of my brain. A brain part that somehow get activated and delighted by working with paints, colors, structures and flow. Activating this part of my brain somehow relaxes my scientific & logic thinking brain and yet informs these to become more open and creative to explore options and solutions for complex problems.
